From July 1st 2023, we will be transitioning to mixed billing, where all eligible patients (healthcare card, pension card holders and patients 16 years and younger) will be bulk billed.

For all other patients, there will be a private fee for which Medicare will provide a rebate. This will apply to all in-person and tele-consultations.

For more information about the vaccine, including side effects, and FAQs you can read the fact sheet (link below) or ask your doctor.

Telehealth (over the phone) consultations are now available to all patients in an effort to limit unnecessary social contact while we face the coronavirus pandemic. To book a Telehealth consultation, please contact our reception staff and request this.

A general reminder: please stay home as much possible, practice good hand hygiene and make sure you stay home if you feel unwell.

The flu vaccine is now in stock - it is free for all eligible patients. Book in and speak with your GP to see if you are eligible.

Furthermore, given the evolving circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are tightening our procedures and protocols to minimise the risk of transmission so that all patients can attend the clinic in confidence should they require. Some changes being made include:

1. We are providing Telehealth consultations (over the phone consultations) for anyone who suspects they may have contracted COVID-19. Telehealth consultations do not cover basic prescriptions, medical certificates or other health issues unrelated to concerns over COVID-19. To book a Telehealth consultation please call our clinic during business hours and make your request to our reception staff.

2. Patients presenting with flu-like symptoms are encouraged to wait in their vehicles and call reception to notify of their arrival rather than simply entering the clinic. The doctor will then advise when they are able to consult with you and where they will consult with you depending on the level of concern. These measures are to minimise sick contacts for our staff as well as fellow patients.

3. We have established sparse seating in our waiting areas to comply with the recommended 1.5m personal space allowance. We are also asking patients to wait in their vehicles if the waiting room is at capacity.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience in these challenging times.
